This Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data (“Clarification Text”) has been prepared by Next to Future Dijital Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi (“Company”) in its capacity as data controller, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).
The purpose of this text is to inform you about how your personal data obtained within the scope of our website/products and services are collected, on which legal grounds they are processed, for what purposes they are used, to whom they may be transferred, and your rights under the KVKK.
What Is Personal Data and Special Category Personal Data?
Under the KVKK, personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Special category personal data refers to types of data that require stricter protection, such as those relating to race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion/sect, clothing, association/foundation/trade union membership, health, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, and biometric/genetic data.

Your personal data may be transferred, within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and limited to the purposes stated in this text, to:

- Consultants (legal/financial advisory, etc.),
- Authorized public institutions and organizations,
and, when necessary, abroad in line with your explicit consent and the provisions of the legislation.
Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data will be retained for as long as required by the relevant legislation and for the duration necessary for the purposes of processing. Once this period expires, they will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the KVKK.
Your Rights Under the KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to our Company and request to:
- Learn whether your personal data has been processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately,
- Know the third parties to whom it has been transferred,
- Request correction if it is incomplete/incorrectly processed,
- Request deletion or destruction,
- Request notification of such actions to third parties to whom data was transferred,
- Object to any outcome against you resulting from automated analysis,
- Request compensation for any damage due to unlawful processing.
You have these rights.
Application Method
You may submit your requests under the KVKK to our Company in writing or through the methods stipulated in the legislation. Your applications will be finalized as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.
